ABOUT US.
Fortress Junction Service is the Service Station located in the picturesque Kananaskis Country, Alberta, Canada. It is located on 40 KM south from Trans Canada Highways (turn off from #118 exit) on Highway 40. Come visit us if you need fuel, propane, liquor and beer, lotto, cigarette, grocery, souvenirs, hiking and camping needs. Fortress Junction Service is open year-round. The business hours are 8 AM - 6 PM in the winter (Thanksgiving Day - Victoria Day) and 8 AM - 10 PM in the summer months.

Kananaskis Country is a large, multi-use recreation area with lots to experience and enjoy. Kananaskis Country is located West & SouthWest of Calgary and borders the town of Canmore and Banff National Park. Kananaskis Country includes five provincial parks, four wildland provincial parks, one ecological reserve and several provincial recreation areas. It also encompasses the Canmore Nordic Centre, a world class facility built for the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics as well as Nakiska Ski Resort, which was specially designed for the alpine events.
